PACKING

Method of Application

Surface to be treated must be free of all loose dirt grease etc
Loose surface debris  should be removed .Use any mechanical means to clean the surface and wash thereafter with clean water.
Apply  with paint brush “DR FIXIT BIOWASH”– Pre treatment solution  diluting in the ratio of 1: 10-12 ltrs  with clean water depending on the surface condition . Let the surface dry  for about 2-3 hrs and then apply one coat of  primer - “DR FIXIT PRIMERSEAL”diluted 2:1 volume with water . Allow the surface to dry for 4-5 hrs. Level the surface with  DDL acrylic plaster putty  in 2 coats  with interval of 6-8 hrs . Apply one coat of “DR FIXIT PRIMESEAL”  diluted 2:1 volume with water.
Allow the surface to get dry  for 4-5 hrs and then  apply 2 coats  of Dr Fixit Bioshield  without any dillution with interval of 5-6 hrs.

Precautions & Limitations

• Do not dilute Dr. Fixit Bioshield.
• Apply one coat of Dr Fixit Biowash prior to putty application.
• Apply touchup primer over touchup putty to avoid patchiness.
• For best result use DDL acrylic Parete Plast putty
