Dr. Fixit Pidipoxy ESL
Is a self levelling epoxy topping over cementitious substrates applied from 1.5 mm to 3mm thickness,
providing a hard-wearing attractive floor, chemical resistant, seamless, and extremely easy to clean. It is ideally suited for
industrial and commercial locations, laboratories, etc., where a hygienic, aesthetic and a dust free floor is required.
Certification done by CFTRI, Mysore, for "Food Grade".

Area Of Application:
- As a floor topping in industrial & commercial areas such as food, drink and pharmaceutical plants, tool rooms, operation
theatres, electrical/ electronic assembly plants, light industrial plants, automotive showrooms and all other areas requiring
hygiene, aesthetic, dust free and hard wearing surfaces.
Method of Application
Precautions & Limitations
- Material should be mixed / laid within the pot life period.
- Pot life will change depending on the ambient temperature & conditions.
- Part mixing of material is not recommended
- Dr. Fixit Pidipoxy ESL should not be used without primer.
- On curing a light oily film may appear on the surface which can be easily removed after minimum curing period of 48 hrs
by washing with liquid detergent and water.
- No dilution of the product is allowed
- Self-smoothing action is localised and does not cover up irregularities of the original substrate.
- Expansion joints in the existing substrate to be continued through the Dr. Fixit Pidipoxy ESL.
- For laying over surfaces other than cementitious substrates, consult Dr. Fixit
- Not compatible over asphalt, cement mortar screed, PVC tiles/sheets
- Scratch marks on the cured surface of Dr. Fixit Pidipoxy ESL will be visible due to scratching with nails/sharp objects
protruding from machinery, packing, trolleys moving on the floors.
- Dr. Fixit Pidipoxy ESL on attaining full curing should not be exposed below subzero temperature and above 650C
- In the premarked area, if there is not enough material, roller marks with spiked rolling will not close and will result in an
undesirable finish.
- Ensure good ventilation. DO NOT smoke or expose Dr. Fixit Pidipoxy ESL to naked flame
- Prolonged inhalation of solvent should be avoided
- Suitable protective clothing, gloves, goggles should be worn during handling of the product.
- In case of accidental contact with skin or eyes, wash with plenty of clean water and soap. Seek medical advice
immediately. Do not use solvent.
- Dr. Fixit Pidipoxy ESL should not be exposed to naked flame or any other source of ignition.
- Smoking is prohibited in the area of application or storage
- Fire extinguishers should be available
