- The base concrete should have minimum cement content of 300 kg/cum. The concrete mix should be designed to minimize the segregation and bleeding by controlling the water to cement ratio. Use appropriate plasticizers from Pidilite range of admixtures for the same.
- After base concrete is placed, level the surface and allow excess bleed water to evaporate or remove it by dragging gunny bag
- When concrete surface has sufficiently dried or when foot prints make an impression upto 2-3 mm depth, begin broadcasting of Piditop 333 in the recommended dose
- Use 75% of recommended dose in the first broadcast uniformly in the marked areas and trowel it. Immediately after this broadcast the balance quantity
- Finish the surface manually or using power trowel .
